← Back to policiesShift Craft | ATLAS is used by operational teams across shifts, roles and abilities. We aim to make our website and platform usable by as many people as possible.
Our Commitment
We work towards conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This covers areas such as colour contrast, keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility and clear form labelling.
Current Status
This is an ongoing programme of work rather than a completed certification. Some parts of the site and platform may not yet fully meet AA criteria. We prioritise fixes based on impact to users who rely on assistive technology.
Known Limitations
Where a known accessibility barrier exists, we aim to provide an alternative means of completing the task, such as support by phone or email, while a fix is scheduled.
