Acceptable Use Policy

ATLAS is provided for operational roster management, compliance validation, fatigue management and related workforce administration by authorised users within a subscribing organisation.

• Attempting to circumvent authentication, access controls or audit logging
• Probing, scanning or testing the security of the service without prior written authorisation
• Uploading or entering data you do not have the right or consent to process
• Using the service to generate rosters or records intended to misrepresent actual working time or compliance status
• Reverse engineering, reselling or sublicensing the service without agreement
• Interfering with the availability of the service for other users

Organisation administrators are responsible for the accounts and permissions they grant to their staff, and for ensuring staff use the service in line with this policy.

Breach of this policy may result in suspension or termination of access, in line with the Termination terms of our Terms of Service. Where required, we may report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
